Terrible experience here: 1. They over-bleached and over processed my hair. I said I wanted my color to medium brown but they made my hair blonde. So they had to process my hair again to get the right color. 2. My hair has been falling out like crazy for weeks since my visit. 3. They charged me an additional $30 on top of the groupon which already covered wash and coloring. I regret going here and would not recommend this salon.
I cannot recommend them highly enough! I take my younger siblings here and my wife as well! (& you know what they say - “happy wife, happy life” and there is no chance I would jeopardize my happiness if I was not SUPER CONFIDENT in the entire staff at Shrine!
Pat is my guy! He is excellent and does a fantastic job connecting with every person I see him interact with, myself included!

I have a been a client for years and love this hair salon, especially Patrick my stylist. However, I do want to send a shout out to Skyler who jumped in to do my hair last minute on September 7th before my daughters wedding weekend. You did a great job and I got many compliments on my hair!
Bottom line, this place is quite the positive experience. I switched from a long time place I had been going to out of routine habit and stumbled upon amazing people, incredible service and beautiful results.
