$95 to run a diagnostic test on my car when they told me it’s the alternator anyways before they did it. So they’re saying the 1hr of work that man did hooking up his little computer is worth $95. Told them I’m getting rid of the car so don’t want to put money really into if I’m getting a new vehicle in 2 months. Never told me on the phone about the fee bc they thought I was going to have them work on my car. $475 alternator and 2 belts including labor. Hahaha they got jokes. Had them tow my car to a different shop that’s doin it for half the amount. This is a family runned business and a lot of the reviews is from their family and friends so don’t let those 5 stars fool you! This is not a “I’m mad at them so I’m going to write a bad review”. NO, this is a shop trying to get every little penny where they can because I’m taking my business elsewhere...stop being butthurt Twiggs
Currently had my car towed threw Twiggs. Tow Driver cracked my windshield. Called Twiggs and spoke to DAVID who denied his driver did anything. He continued to yell at me and tell me SHUT UP and let him speak. I asked if this is how he treats his customer's and the reply was YES. I would not recommend anyone using this tow service at all. David is very ignorant and does not take ownership for damages his driver caused.

Wow! what an excellent experience! I was having difficulty starting my car and needed to contact AAA for battery maintenance on my vehicle.
